Our users will now see timestamps for each entry in the conversation when they download their PDF transcripts. This feature, similar to the SRT file format, allows our customers to easily reference specific moments in their calls. No more scrolling through endless text to find that key piece of information!

We’ve added clear differentiation between the Original Speaker and the AI Interpreter. This makes it easier to follow the flow of conversation and identify who said what, improving the overall transparency of the transcripts.
